Ok, this one is a goof.
Devi (McCallion) made a tumblr post about the source video, which was silent and static, and jokingly held a competition for people to pair a soundtrack to it. I hopped on and did this in an evening. I was a runner-up!
The song is Rainbow Eyes 100% by Cats Millionaire.
